Living at the lane

At Rockwood Lane, your safety is our primary concern. It's why we use a sophisticated, controlled-access entry system; a state-of-the-art fire alarm system in both the main building and the villas; and an emergency call system that's monitored 24 hours a day.

What's more, our visiting nurse is available for consulting and regular nursing services. And if the time comes when daily activities require assistance, Rockwood Lane residents are given priority both at nearby Emilie Court and St. Joseph's Care Center.

 
 

The Property

Rockwood Lane’s five-story main building is home to units of various sizes and floor plans located along central hallways. Each features a private patio or balcony; those on the upper levels offer breathtaking views of city lights and snow-capped hills.

Whether you choose a one-, two-, or three-bedroom unit, it will include a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and ample storage space. East of the main building are The Villas at The Lane: 16 private two- and three-bedroom homes with attached two-car garages.
